This Privacy Policy explains how LoomyLeads—our AI‑first lead‑generation and automation platform—collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data. It applies to:

  • the LoomyLeads web application, dashboards, APIs, and related mobile or desktop apps (collectively, the “Service”);
  • www.loomyleads.com, *.loomyleads.com, www.telefent.com, and any site that links to this notice;
  • our LinkedIn pages, email campaigns, demos, free consultations, and other interactions (together with the Service, the “Offerings”).

Sensitive data: We do not intentionally collect special‑category data (e.g., health, biometric, or children’s data). Please do not upload it.

3.  How We Use Data

  1. Provide & improve the Service (create accounts, route API calls, train models, personalise dashboards).
  2. Automate lead generation & outreach according to your configuration.
  3. Billing & account administration (invoicing, payment processing through Razorpay/Stripe).
  4. Product analytics & research (aggregate statistics, model retraining).
  5. Security (detect abuse, conduct penetration testing, maintain audit logs).
  6. Marketing (case studies, webinars, ads) where permitted by law.
  7. Compliance (respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms).

4.  Automated Decision‑Making & Profiling

Our AI models score leads, predict conversion probability, and suggest next actions. Consequences are limited to business‑to‑business marketing; no decisions of legal or similarly significant effect are made without human review. You can request human intervention, express your view, or contest a decision at [email protected].

5.  Sharing & International Transfers

We disclose data only:

  • Service providers – cloud (AWS‑Mumbai & AWS‑Frankfurt), email (Postmark), analytics (Mixpanel), payment (Razorpay/Stripe).
  • Integration partners – at your instruction (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, WhatsApp).
  • Affiliates & professional advisers under confidentiality.
  • Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition) with notice to you.
  • Legal authorities where required or to protect rights, safety, or property.

If we transfer data outside India or the EEA/UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses plus supplementary measures.

6.  Cookies & Similar Tech

We use strictly necessary, functional, analytics, and advertising cookies/pixels. The cookie banner lets EEA/UK users manage preferences. Details are in our Cookie Notice.

7.  Retention

We keep customer data for the shorter of: (a) the subscription term + 90 days, or (b) as long as required to fulfil the purposes or comply with law. You can export or delete records via the dashboard or by request.

8.  Security

Controls include: AES‑256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, least‑privilege IAM, annual penetration tests, 24×7 monitoring, and ISO 27001‑aligned policies. No method is 100 % secure; please secure your credentials.

9.  Your Rights

10.  Children

LoomyLeads is not directed to anyone under 18. We will delete any child data we discover.

11.  Changes to this Policy

We update this notice from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in‑app. The “Effective date” tells you when it last changed.
